One theory on how I (onion juice) can help hair problems is that I contain dietary sulfur. Sulfur is one of the most common minerals in the body. It is needed for adequate production of enzymes and proteins. Sulfur is also found in keratin, which is one of the components of hair. The sulfur in me (onion juice) may provide the hair with the nourishment it needs to grow. It may also increase the growing phase of the hair. I have anti-bacterial properties, which may help fight scalp infections. I contain antioxidants, such as flavonoids. Antioxidants are believed to protect the body from free radicals. Hello people! So, this is my first blog ever. I will be sharing recipes, hairstyles, crafts and more. so stay tuned! Chicken n crispy! So mouthwatering right?   This is one of my favorite chicken recipes. So here goes the recipe for you all. Ingredients: Chicken legs – 6 Buttermilk – 1 litre All-purpose flour – 1 and a half cup Corn flakes – ¼ cup Oats – ¼ cup Eggs - 3 Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon Chilli powder – 1 tablespoon Pepper powder – 1 tablespoon Salt – as per your taste Mixed herbs – 1 tablespoon Chilli flakes - 1 tablespoon Oil for deep fry Procedure:   Step 1 – Marination Pour buttermilk in a bowl and add salt, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add chicken legs mix it well and marinate for at least 5 hours. I prefer marinating overnight. Step 2 – Dry mix Take a bowl and add all-purpose flour, pepper powder, salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and oats. Smash the corn flakes into small size with you
